Embracing Change: The Transition from L.A. Photography to LeeAnne Rose Photography

If you’re anything like me, by now, you’re probably more than ready to say goodbye to the fluffy white stuff outside our doors—yes, that lovely but persistent snow! It feels like we’ve been living in an endless winter, surrounded by what seems like a never-ending blanket of snow. As I sit here writing, watching snowflakes the size of pennies drift down from the sky, I can’t help but wonder if spring will ever arrive. But while it might feel like we’re trapped in a snowy eternity, there is light at the end of this cold, frosty tunnel.

Over the past few months, we've all endured short days, long nights, and a never-ending cycle of snowstorms. The constant shovelling, the hurried dashes from the car to the store, and the brief moments outside during school drop-offs have taken their toll. Let’s be honest—our old friend, the sun, feels like a distant memory. But here’s the good news: we've made it to March! Yes, March is finally here, and that means spring is just around the corner. And like many of you, I am more than ready for the change.

With the arrival of spring, a season synonymous with renewal and fresh beginnings, I decided it was the perfect time to bring something new and exciting to LeeAnne Rose Photography. You may have already noticed a few changes—new connections, a fresh look, and a more personal touch across my work. One of the most significant changes, however, is the name itself. After much thought and reflection, I made the decision to rebrand from L.A. Photography to LeeAnne Rose Photography.

This wasn’t an easy choice, but it was an important one. Over the past year, many clients asked me about my name and who I was behind the camera. While my initials had served as the business name, I realized that I wanted to create a more personal connection with my clients. I wanted them to know me, LeeAnne Rose, from the very beginning. So, with the name change, I also introduced a new logo that better reflects this fresh, personal approach.

As we look forward to the official start of spring here in Canada (which, fingers crossed, comes sooner rather than later), I’m excited about the new direction LeeAnne Rose Photography is taking. This rebrand is more than just a name change; it’s about embracing growth, enhancing personal connections, and welcoming the new opportunities that come with every change of season.

So, here’s to spring—a season of renewal, fresh starts, and, hopefully, a whole lot more sunshine! I can’t wait to continue this journey with all of you under the new name of LeeAnne Rose Photography.

Cheers,

LeeAnne Rose
